How do I request a return or exchange?
If you need a different size, style or simply need to return an item, please fill out our exchange/return form and submit. We will promptly email you instructions on how to proceed with your exchange or return. Please make sure you check your spam or junk mail if you don't see our email.

What if I see items missing on the dropdown menu?
When a certain size or color option does not appear on the menu, it means we are currently sold out of that item. Please email us at and we'll let you know if that item my come back in stock.
What if I need to change my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need a size or color change as we customarily ship within 24 hours except on Saturday and Sunday. For your security, please note we do not keep your credit card information on file. You may call us at 800 757-2550 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I receive information on sales and specials?
Please sign up with the Brigitewear Swim club. We send out emails on a regular basis announcing new product and specials available only to our members.
How can I tell how "sheer" or "see though" a product is?
The sheerness will vary on differing skin tones. We do our best to provide accurate images, including what many products look like when wet.
Why do you have two different web sites?
We discovered people have different shopping styles. Many of our customers know exactly what they want, while others prefer assistance accessorizing. Shop-Brigite.com strives to show images and accessories without having to "click" or "hover", just scroll through and shop for all on one page. Brigitewear offers you the ability to hover over images and view the fabrics in greater detail. Both stores carry the same products at the same prices.
If I am a registered shopper on one of your websites, am I also registered on the other?
No, you will need to register on each website separately. Registration is optional, but makes your checkout quicker on return visits
What if I don't see my country on your shipping page?

How do I care for my suit?
Brigitewear suits are constructed of fabrics that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lie flat or hang to dry.
