- Exchanges: Your products may be exchanged anytime within 30 days after your receipt. Should you wish to exchange for any reason, please use the form below . You will need to supply your name, order number and specific request. You may exchange for a different size, different color, or you may change to another product. Product changes are subject to any difference in pricing. There is no charge for an initial exchange. Note that "Special Order" or "Custom Suits", which are those items made specifically for a customer, are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Cost: There is no charge for the first exchange unless you are changing product styles where there is a difference in price. Subsequent exchanges will incur a new shipping fee.
- Refunds: Products are refundable for the product cost less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Note: Custom or Special order items are non/refundable non/exchangeable. If your original order was shipped Free, there will be an additional $3.95 ($5.95 International) added to the restocking fee.
- Refund Exceptions: Should you be unsure of your size and order two or more different sizes of the same item, provided you keep one, you may return those that did not fit for a full refund. Likewise, if you order several different items at one time and decide you do not wish to keep one or more, but keep at least one item from the order, the other items are returnable for a full refund.
- Store Credit: Should you not wish an exchange or partial refund, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit for a future purchase, good for two years from date of original purchase.

You will receive a return email usually within 1 business day with instructions.
