- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You may order online (recommended for fastest service) or call our toll free number (U.S. orders only at (800) 757-2550 x 1) or you may print the Order Form & FAX. Should you wish to pay via Money Order, Cashier's Check or personal check, you may do so by printing the Order Form from FAX or Mail Orders and either mailing or faxing per the information on the form.
- The majority of our products are in stock ship within 24 hours (weekdays) for Standard, Priority and Rush orders and 48 hours after receipt for Free Shipping orders.
- For faster service, we recommend that you place you order through our online system.
- It is the position of shop-brigite.com that all information provided to shop-brigite.com, Brigitewear International, and any and all other affiliates of the aforementioned companies, by any of its or their customers, is privileged and strictly confidential and will in no way be shared with any third party. Brigitewear, may from time to time send you email notices on special sales or new products. Should you wish to not receive such notices, simply reply to the email with the subject "remove", and you will be promptly removed from our mail list. Such data may include, age, interests, gender and other. This data is used by Brigitewear to further enhance it customer service and product distribution and is not shared with any other company. - Exchanges: Your products may be exchanged (or refunded less 15% restocking fee) anytime within 30 days after your receipt. Should you wish to exchange for any reason, you may do so at Exchanges . You will need to supply your name, order number and specific request. You may exchange for a different size, different color, or you may change to another product. Product changes are subject to any difference in pricing. There is no charge for an initial exchange. Note that "Special Order" or "Custom Suits", which are those items made specifically for a customer, are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Cost: There is no charge for the first exchange unless you are changing product styles where there is a difference in price. Subsequent exchanges will incur a new shipping fee.
- Refunds: Products are refundable less a 15% restocking fee, plus original shipping and handling. If your original order's shipping and handling was Free, then an additional $3.95 will be charged ($7.95 International, non-US).
- Store Credit: Should you not wish an exchange or partial refund, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit for a future purchase, good for one year from date of original purchase.
- Please Note: All exchanged/refunded returned product(s) must have hygiene stickers and labels in place and must not have been worn.
